The Madison Democrats want to make sure voters know that Analilia Mejia is our best bet to ensure our House Seat remains blue. Unfortunately her name is 3rd on the ballot, so we need all hands on deck for the June 2 primary for NJ CD11 in the 2026 midterm elections!

We have learned the hard way that we can’t take anything for granted. Analilia’s victory in the special election showed us the impact of conversations with neighbors, trusted recommendations from friends, and local community support.

That’s why we are asking you to help spread the word. Please:

• Talk to your friends and neighbors about Analilia’s platform and educate them on the ballot
• Let people know Analilia was the overwhelming choice for the MCDC’s endorsement
• Share why this election matters to you personally via email, social channels, and direct conversations
• Use your voice and influence within your network to encourage everyone to vote

Did you know NJ has another election coming up on June 2, where each of the parties will vote for their preferred candidates to be on the ballot in the November midterm elections?

Primaries don’t always make a big difference, but this year is different. There are four Democrats on the ballot and I’m urging everyone to make sure you vote for Analilia Mejia so we have the strongest candidate to go against the well-funded Republican candidate and so we keep a critical seat in the US House of Representatives.

A lot of people have been asking me who I am supporting. My vote will be cast for Analilia Mejia to continue to represent us in CD-11. She recently won a decisive victory in the special election to fill Mikie Sherrill’s seat and the Morris County Democratic Committee overwhelmingly voted to endorse her in the primary.  She is already making things happen from hosting her first Town Hall in Madison to proposing impactful new legislation.
