Madison Named NJ’s Top Town…and Our Mayor Quickly Proves Why

NJ Monthly released their 2019 list of “Best Places to Live” and Madison was at the top. Digging deeper into some of the aspects that make Madison such a wonderful place to live, NJ Monthly highlighted our access to public transportation, cultural options, universities and rich history. Read the complete article to see all the highlights of what NJ Monthly recognized (that we already know!) as the unique benefits of calling Madison home.

In other news, Mayor Bob Conley recently served as a wonderful example of what makes Madison such a special place to live. On Sunday August 25th, while going door-to-door to talk to residents about the upcoming election, Mayor Conley heard and then witnessed the aftermath of a hit and run involving a child. Happily, that child was treated, released and is now recovering. Mayor Conley spotted the car and driver involved and jumped into action to notify the police and ensure the driver stayed on the scene. In the Madison Eagle and Daily Record articles, the Mayor reiterated his concern for street safety, which is one of his top priorities.
