In 1992, my wife, Christina, and I chose to make Madison our home. Five children, two dogs, and a wonderful community later, we are certain we made the right decision. Madison has provided an incredible environment to raise our family, offering a vibrant downtown, excellent schools, and a strong sense of community. It was no surprise when our town was recognized as the “#1 Best Place to Live in New Jersey.”
For over 33 years, I have served our community through volunteer work and public service, working to enhance Madison’s quality of life while preserving its unique character. I believe civic engagement is a responsibility and have always sought ways to give back to the town that has given so much to my family.
Since 1998, I have been actively involved in organizations such as the Madison Rotary Club, the May Day Committee, and the Green and Clean Project. I chaired the Madison Environmental Commission during the development of the Madison Recreation Complex and served a four-year term on the Madison Board of Education, leading efforts to improve technology in our schools. I also founded the Madison Junior School Athletics organization, ensuring access to extracurricular activities for students. Additionally, I have served on the Madison Housing Corporation, the Madison Public Library Board of Trustees, and the Board of Health, all while coaching youth sports and mentoring young athletes.
As a current Madison Borough Council member, I have worked to enhance public safety by supporting a community safety system and organizing a community health assessment in collaboration with the Board of Health. As the Borough’s liaison to the Board of Education, I have helped oversee significant capital improvements that will benefit families for years to come. I also supported the resolution for the Immigrant Trust Act to uphold the fundamental rights of all Madison residents, ensuring our town remains inclusive and welcoming.
Looking ahead, I will continue working to maintain Madison’s affordability while ensuring high-quality services for all residents. I am committed to responsible development, particularly as we navigate upcoming projects involving Drew University, Giralda Farms, and affordable housing mandates. Expanding public engagement will remain a priority, ensuring residents stay informed and involved in local decision-making. I will also continue to champion climate-conscious initiatives that reduce Madison’s carbon footprint and enhance sustainability.
I have built my life and career on principles of financial prudence, environmental awareness, and community service. My international business experience has broadened my perspective, allowing me to bring creative, effective solutions to local governance. Madison is a special place, and I am eager to continue serving its residents with dedication and integrity. I look forward to connecting with more members of our community throughout this campaign. If you have questions or ideas, I welcome your input. Together, we can ensure Madison remains a thriving, inclusive, and forward-thinking community for generations to come.
