From Madison Eagle: Contested Madison Borough Council race has three vying for two seats

MADISON – Two Democrats and one Republican are in a race for two seats on the all-Democratic Madison Borough Council on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

The race pits Democratic Borough Councilmen Robert Landrigan and John Forte against Republican candidate Michael Martinez in a contest for two full, three-year terms on the governing body.

There are two other municipal seats up for election on Nov. 7, but both races are uncontested. Democratic Mayor Robert Conley is running unopposed for another four-year term, and Democratic candidate Melissa Honohan is seeking to serve the final year of an unexpired council term.
