What is on the Ballot for Nov 2021?

New Jersey Voters will cast their votes on two Constitutional Amendments. Be prepared with some background information on each:

  1. New Jersey Raffle Money for Organizations Amendment
    1. This Amendment had unanimous bipartisan support and a “yes” vote supports allowing all organizations that are permitted to hold raffles to keep the raffle proceeds to support themselves. Currently, only select groups can do this.

  2. New Jersey Sports Betting on State College Athletics Amendment
    1. A “yes” vote on this amendment would expand sports betting to include games held in N.J. and on games featuring N.J.-based college teams
